Our first task is to come from a place of self-love and set positive intentions.

In the Pre-Cleanse, we will take time to increase healthy foods while decreasing allergenic food and those with irritating ingredients.

Meal plans, recipes, and detailed explanations are provided so that you feel confident about moving forward step by step.

After the PreCleanse, we are ready to use detox kits from Designs for HealthPure PaleoCleanse Plus or VegeCleanse Plus. The kits last 2-3 weeks and create a structure that makes the whole program easy to follow while ensuring your body has the key nutrients needed for safe detoxification. After the detox kit is completed, our food cravings are reduced making it ideal to experiment with 
Intermittent Fasting which increases energy, sharpens the mind and allows for easier weight loss.

Lastly, we carefully reintroduce foods we eliminated so we know with greater clarity our food sensitivities and can decide the best diet for ourselves going forward.
